A replacement License Plate holder for the Iconbit Tracer scooter sold in Germany. Since Germany requires a license plate, reflectors, and rear light on an electric kick scooter, many scooters have really badly built mounts for these accessories. No surprise they end up breaking. The mount on my scooter, an iconBIT KICK SCOOTER TRACER STREET model, is especially bad and will either break off by accidentally stepping on it when using the brake or the welds will fail due to vibration while driving. These new mounts I designed get screwed onto the rear side reflectors, are big enough to glue a license plate sticker onto them, and are out of the way of the rear brake. You can also print another one to mount a rear light on the other side. If you screw them onto the reflectors, I recommend using some black silicone adhesive on the underside of the reflector and against the frame of the scooter, just to make sure that everything stays in place when mounted. Also, some thread-locker on the mounting screws and nut of the reflectors couldn't hurt! Please be aware that it may not be fully street legal to use these mounts. So far, I have not gotten into any trouble, nor has the police said anything against me using them, but this doesn't mean it's legal.
