I'm really frustrated when I struggle to find the right control! This volume/squelch knob for the Icom IC-H16T is designed to be compatible, with the same shaft design as the original model. The originals feature a knurled rubber ring for grip, but I opted for coarse splines to simplify the printing process. A triangular pocket at the top can be filled with paint to mark the index position. I made a few adjustments to improve weather sealing with the rubber grommets in the radio. The bottom shaft's outer diameter is slightly larger than the original to enhance this feature. Note: Please take note that the picture shown is of an earlier version, featuring a smaller triangle and a sharper spline top edge.
