Iclebo Arte mop plate
thingiverse
I purchased a pre-owned robot vacuum, an Iclebo Arte, which arrived without a mop plate. My design was inspired by measurements I took and photos of the original mop plate. This project marks my second attempt at creating this plate; my initial iteration lacked pockets for hook-and-loop strips, resulting in excessive thickness that caused the robot to lose traction. To secure the "hooks" portion of the hook-and-loop strips, I employed hot glue. The plate is divided into two parts due to its size exceeding the capacity of my 3D printer bed. Printed from ABS, the components were assembled using acetone as an adhesive. Alignment holes accommodating 1.75mm filament pieces are included in the design. A FreeCAD model of the plate can be accessed.
