Icemaker Limit switch repair

I have a home soda fountain that has been a reliable companion for many years. The icemaker for the coldplate, however, is not as robust as I would like it to be. It relies on a modified icemaker design that uses a limit switch with a small paddle to detect when the ice compartment is full and stops making ice before the dump mechanism forces itself against a pile of ice and breaks. Unfortunately, this ingenious setup has one major flaw: the limit switch itself. Over time, its innards deteriorate from exposure to water, causing it to fail every 6 months or so. When that happens, no more ice is made, and my soda fountain comes to an abrupt halt. It's a frustrating experience, but I've learned to hack together a new switch and bond plastic to the metal tab for a paddle. No longer will I have to endure this tedious process! I've created a small paddle that adheres to the switch, and designed it in such a way that I don't need to saw at the switch itself. Additionally, I've printed a 90-degree mount for the switch, added some wires, and replaced the old one with ease. I suspect my device will benefit only one person, but I'm sharing it anyway, just in case. The limit switch used is a gner switch, so maybe the mount will prove useful to someone else as well. https://www.tinkercad.com/things/dEcHHYJVg5G-gnber-limit-switch-mount-90 https://www.tinkercad.com/things/lfGrudSce3E-limit-switch-paddle
