I'm not entirely sure about the brand of this scoop, possibly Pampered Chef. The gear snapped off, so I built a new one from scratch. I crafted mine out of PLA plastic, defying common misconceptions that it's fragile. However, you can use any material you like, and it won't make a significant difference in the end result. The press-fit design requires some force to install; tapping it with a hammer should do the trick. My shaft measures approximately 5/32" or just under 4mm in diameter. Since I didn't have access to the original scoop for reference, I'm unsure what its design looked like. Nonetheless, this replacement is functioning flawlessly so far.
