Ice Tea Brewer Basket Holder Set

The idea is a simple bracket I am using to place the brewing basket of my Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Brewer on top of another pitcher so that it can still brew a pitcher of iced tea. There is also a base to set the brewer on top of so it will be high enough for the pitcher to fit under the hot water spout. It's a work in progress, mostly wanted to see whether I could make it work or not. The whole backstory: I have a Mr. Coffee Iced Tea Brewer that does great for the brewing, but their __pitchers suck__. The pitcher on mine fell off the counter and shattered, so I got a new unit. The pitcher cracked in a month from the stress of merely putting ice in the pitcher. (Like I said, their pitchers suck.) It was under warranty and they shipped me a new unit, so they stand behind their product. The pitcher in the new unit was already starting to crack on the bottom when I took it out of the box. (The fracture only went halfway through the bottom wall, but it's only a matter of time before that fails as well.) I wanted to see if I can jury-rig the brewer to work with a normal cheap pitcher I already have on hand.
