Ice Shot Glass Mold
thingiverse
I created this thing because I crave cold shots. Can you really blame me? I employed a lathe to machine a solid piece of LDPE, which is the very same type of food-safe plastic used in ketchup bottles. If you use proper print settings, enough to ensure water-tightness, you too can relish a shot glass made entirely out of ice. Print one each of the two mold parts. Store them in the freezer until they're solid, and then some, or they will melt in mere seconds. If you overfill with water, it will expand as it freezes, so don't feel the need to top it off with water before putting it in the freezer. Enjoy your creation, please share pictures if you make it!
