Create a long-handled ice block mold featuring a lightsaber hilt design by increasing the dowel hole size for 1.75mm filament dowels and incorporating a structural lug for added stability. Alternatively, print the handle vertically in one piece to avoid choking hazards for children. Design a two-part mold tube for easy release and a stand that holds multiple ice sabers vertically in the freezer. Updated instructions include printing settings for both handle sections and the tube & lug at 20% infill, 0.2mm layer height, 2 shells, 40 mm/sec feedrate, 80 mm/sec travel feedrate, and a print temperature of 230°C. Assembly involves gluing the lug into the handle recess, inserting dowels, supergluing the handle halves together, and filling the tube with cordial before freezing it vertically.
