ice frog to make ice spheres in all sizes

Here's another version of the Ice spider I designed back in 2008 - you can see it on YouTube: http://youtu.be/JdK3fKasYLQ. This time around, I've come up with one featuring three chissels-blades, especially for all of you who have access to a 3D printer - check it out at https://www.flickr.com/photos/stijgerart/15696521907/in/photostream/. And, of course, ice. This particular design has been printed using an Ultimaker 2. I've taken care to customize the blades with holes in them, which can be screwed onto the bottom of the gear rods - just shoot me a message or ask for questions if you need any clarification. To build this thing, you'll also need some steel rods, 8 mm thick, to connect all the gears. Furthermore, two more rods are required to link up the arm that allows you to adjust the gears, coming in at around 60 mm each. You'll also need six Ramp-a-bolts; I've included a file for blade examples so you can either laser-cut a piece of tool steel and sharpen it or print it out as a stancel if you're handy with a saw - just use a circular table-saw-blade that's got good steel, then pop the holes in with a plasma cutter. It works beautifully on snow!
