Ice Crystal Holiday Ornament

This is a remix of my Stellated Rhombic Triacontahedron. When I printed the original, I was immediately struck by how it might look amazing as a tree ornament. This needs to print with a brim because not much touches the build plate. This also requires infill because of all the overhangs. This is oriented to print flat on one of its faces - a pentagram. You will need to take great care to remove the brim from the side that touches the build plate. 12 / 1 / 2018 I added a second model file with an empty center. This may or may not print faster than the original with infill, but it will certainly be faster if you scale this up to a giant size. https://youtu.be/NjdGWFUaiHE
