- Small Insert-able length is 89mm (3.5"), Max diameter 37mm (1.45") - Small mold volume 96 mL (3.4 fluid oz) - Medium Insert-able length is 105mm (4.13"), Max diameter 44mm (1.75") - Medium mold volume 154 mL (5.4 fluid oz) - Large Insert-able length is 121mm (4.8"), Max diameter 50mm (1.95") - Large mold volume 235 mL (8.3 fluid oz) - Each has a mold and the actual plug itself depending on how you are going to mold them. - mold has location for 4, 10mm dowels. - can be scaled to any size you want - Use Platinum Cure Silicone, Shore Hardness 10 = firm, 5 = Medium (ish), 3 = soft. - Smooth-On is a good source: "Dragon Skin 10" for firm, "Ecoflex-00-50" for medium and "Ecoflex 00-30" for soft ___________________________________________________________________ - for a quick and dirty toy (will have flashing that needs to be cleaned up) you can use the 3d printed molds - You could also sand and clear coat the mold halves, using Vaseline to seal the halves (note: silicone touching Vaseline will not set so make sure it doesn't squeeze into the mold cavity during assembly.
