In August 2017, a NextEngine Desktop 3D scanner captured a precise 3D scan of this bison radius/ulna at the Valley of the Mastodons workshop and conference held by the Western Science Center (http://www.westerncentermuseum.org/). The metacarpal was temporarily taken out and then back in place on a floor exhibit showcasing the remains of Lil' Stevie, a renowned mastodon.
