Accurate very high definition ICE 4 BR412 models are available with detailed bogies and pantographs fully textured. The models include locomotives and five different wagons, all of which have medium resolution interiors. Most parts of the models are high resolution polygonal objects that can be easily modified using popular software packages like 3dsMax and Maya. Some parts of the models use SubDivision/MeshSmooth surfaces, allowing users to adjust their resolution and smoothness with ease. The base version of the model, which is not smoothed, has approximately 6,657,933 polygons in 3dsMax and Maya 2013 versions. For other software packages, the models are available in one high polygon resolution suitable for close renderings, with a total of 6,909,329 polygons. 3ds Max 2010/2013 formats offer rigged pantographs, animated doors and coupling covers. The 3ds Max 2010 version features standard 3ds Max materials, while the 3ds Max 2013 version uses VRay materials. Maya 2013 format models include animated doors and coupling covers. Other software packages like Maya 2010/FBX/Cinema 4D 9.6/Lwo 6.0/Obj/3ds also support these models, with all wagons and rails saved separately.
