iCare Solo Mouthpiece

I absolutely love my Eleaf iCare Solo. As an ex-smoker who's tried every option under the sun, this little guy finally delivers what I need - a nicotine kick in just one drag. The only issue that keeps me from vaping bliss is when the coil gets flooded and hot juice shoots up through the mouthpiece. It's a problem that's plagued my vape sessions for far too long. Instead of scouring the web for replacement parts, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I designed a stopper that mimics the original mouthpiece but with one key difference: it restricts airflow. This air restrictor keeps hot juice from spewing into my mouth and throat, giving me peace of mind with every vape session. You may need to hit your vape a bit harder or longer due to this modification, but trust me, it's not that noticeable. I'm thrilled to report that version 2.0 has worked flawlessly for me, complete with a 5.1mm hole for the stem. As with all small parts, there were some printing issues - the hole was slightly smaller than intended. To fix this, I had to file it down by a hair to fit my o-rings perfectly. Version 2.1 has a larger 5.5mm hole, which should be a better fit for those who encounter similar problems. The metal stem does its job beautifully, widening the hole just enough to create an air-tight seal that makes vaping a joy. I've included images of v2.0 in action - it's not perfect, but it works like a charm. You can find my print settings below, but honestly, they're not crucial to the success of this mod. Be sure to check out the notes section for some printing headaches I encountered along the way. Thanks for stopping by!
