IC-7200 Side rail handles
thingiverse
These rails are designed for mounting on the side of the IC-7200 HF radio from Icom, providing protection and ergonomic handles that make lifting a breeze. I've had my fair share of lifting this radio, and with these handles installed correctly, they prove to be sturdy enough to handle the task. When printing, it's essential to use a robust material like PLA-Pro, Nylon, or petg to ensure the handles can withstand heavy use. I've successfully printed them lying flat diagonally across my Creality CR-10 bed (I've included a photo showing the ideal placement). To accommodate smaller beds, these rails can be easily split into two parts using your favorite 3D modeling software; I've included the step files for convenience. The model is also available on Onshape: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/33e09a21b24d474b13643135/w/6a4811fbf7b498215269be4e/e/b8483531217bb1fb6870a2f6 To attach these rails to your radio, you'll need four M4x20mm screws and 1-4mm washers. Be sure not to use longer screws, as this could damage your radio's delicate components.
