iBox Nano Build Plate Holder and Carriage - REVISED

The iBox Nano's carriage and build plate are constructed from acrylic, which is prone to cracking over time. Fortunately, these components can be used to replace and upgrade your assemblies without replacing any existing hardware. Please note that the upgraded carriage assembly stands slightly taller than the original, as this design captures the linear bearings more effectively. After testing and refinement, I discovered a design improvement: moving the build plate holder's locator outward by 2 mm provides better alignment and centering. Additionally, widening the bearing holes eliminates the need for pressing them in. Next on my agenda is optimizing the vat holder; you can refer to my progress at Thingiverse's thing ID #1116517. Important note: resin exposure requires a material with optimal properties. While PLA performed adequately for this set, I encourage experimenting with other materials. A couple of users have reported that PLA works well in resin printing. On the other hand, ABS is not recommended due to potential issues.
