This is the model I created from the original IBM ThinkPad 560Z door piece while creating the [External SD Card HDD Caddie](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5237746) for the machine. Maybe someone would need this one as well. I think an SLA print might turn out better than FDM. However the surface finishing would be tricky.
