IBM Model F Customizable feet
prusaprinters
Allows you to get just the right height while protecting the fragile orginal feet of the keyboard. The design is made to be held by the original feel but all of the forces would be passed into the case to avoid damdge.InstructionsStart by selecting the size. I pre-made 4 small, standard, large and lastly an exrta engormous one which was meant as a joke. However, it could actually be used for displaying the keyboard vertically on a shelf. Standard is about the size of the original feet and large is what you see on the image above. You can also set your own. I included the fusion file (go to MODIFY>change parameters). After you print there is a small support column that you will need to cut off.Afterwards simply insert over the original feet and turn them into the case. Note - try to apply minimal pressure on the “ears” of the original feet as they are fragile. Instead apply turning force by pushing the feet themselves. Please feel free to modify I have included all of the original files. I have also made feet for the Model M you can check them out here. https://www.printables.com/model/73106-model-m-foot-extension
