I've designed a custom rear fender/joints protector specifically for the Ibis Ripley V4 MTB bike. This vital accessory is secured in place by two M3x20mm bolts and two M3 square nuts, ensuring it stays firmly attached. My best experiences with flexible print materials have been achieved using TPE 32, a top-notch material that has consistently delivered high-quality results. To bring this protector to life, I employed a combination of forced supports and a substantial 3-print layer thick solid raft plate during the printing process. This meticulous approach guarantees exceptional durability and a flawless finish.
