IBCrazy's Cloverleaf antenna jig
thingiverse
Craft a cloverleaf antenna with the help of this jig, essential for soldering leafs at 120 or 90 degrees based on your 3 or 4-leaf design. The walls are set at 45 degrees to facilitate RHCP or LHCP antennas. These high-performing antennas, perfect for FPV use in video transmissions, were invented by IBCrazy from rcgroups. Follow the RC Explorer's guide on how to align leafs with your frequency and insert them into the jig for soldering. The cloverleaf antenna guide is available here, while IBCrazy's forum post can be found here. Note that this jig isn't suitable for 900MHz use; add support on the 45-degree walls if you plan to use it with 900MHz. For 1.3Ghz and above, download "Main jig for 1,3ghz.stl," while "cloverleaf_antenna.stl" is available for reduced material usage in 2.4Ghz and up. Happy soldering!
