IBC Tote S60x6 Fittings

I purchased a pre-owned 275-gallon IBC Tote for use as a backup water storage unit. The tote came equipped with a butterfly valve featuring S60-6 metric threads and the collar of a cap without a central hub. I designed and fabricated complete adapters that can be securely attached to the valve, as well as inserts compatible with the cap collar. Each adapter and insert boasts an internal space for installing an O-ring. I utilized a 2-inch outer diameter O-ring from a Harbor Freight kit to ensure a secure seal. The available adapters include one with 3/4-inch hose bib threads and another with 1/2-inch NPT male threads, while the inserts come in three different configurations: 3/4-inch hose bib, 1/2-inch NPT male, and 1/2-inch NPT female.
