Using Solidworks 2021, I re-designed this cap to the actual thread specifications DIN 6031-1 (Buttress for plastics) and BSP 1" to fit my IBC water tank valve.Reason for this design is it simply was not available as an accurate CAD file with threads.In the SW file you will find two configurations, one for 3D printing, one as moulded.You can 3D print both of course but the moulded one would need support due to the recess on the front.Feel free to use / share, your feedback is much appreciated.
