I'm creating a project called "iAqua" on the planted tank forum to help me design both the board and case for it. To make this process easier, I've created an accurate model of the board by pulling data from Eagle and various other sources. Some SMD components are not in their correct package (standard instead of wide) due to O2surplus' BOM, but for a basic visualization, this is sufficient. This project is still a work in progress, and over the next few days, I will include a digi-key BOM with the parts I used (some originals were out of stock) and links to where I found the remaining items not sold on digi-key. Currently, I'm having trouble getting the auto-dim feature to work (pin 8 on Arduino with the corresponding resistor and transistor). The TFT uses a ground pin 19 to turn off its LED backlight, but the circuit is set up for a positive supply to this pin. I'm still working on finding a solution. I exported this as a T_X file to make it universal to all CAD programs I use. Simply import or drag and drop into your CAD program, and an assembly should be auto-generated. The STL is included for publishing purposes only, as the X_T alone would not allow it. 8/31/18 - I added a 3D PDF of the TFT Shield, which works in Adobe Acrobat 9.0. This helps with rewiring the touch screen and backlight when working on a breadboard or existing PCB. Depending on your setup, use the mouse controls as follows: right button to rotate, left to hide parts, left and right to pan the object, and the wheel to zoom in and out. 7/30/18 - I added all library files from my PC. Many are likely not used, but this ensures the program at least compiles for you. The auto-dim feature is figured out, and the PCB needs a slight rework to accommodate it. If you wish to make the board or need help editing the files, please contact me.
