Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 My first attempt to prevent belt rubbing on my i3v. Seems to work, but this is still a work in progress. UPDATE: after about 100 hour of printing, everything appears to be in good shape without any sign of belt wear. I feel this part works well enough for me and shouldn't require any additional changes. Instructions I was having trouble printing this because slic3r kept eliminating the inside wall. I was able to get a good wall with .45mm extrusion width from a .4mm nozzle. After printed cut out bottom plate and lightly sand if needed. Press onto bearings. Using the following options: nut_shaft_distance = 0 pulley_t_ht = 6.2 additional_tooth_width = 0.2 no_of_nuts = 0 idler = 1 pulley_b_dia = 0 teeth = 25 pulley_b_ht = 0 idler_ht = 1.4 retainer = 1 additional_tooth_depth = 0 m3_nut_hex = 0 profile = 12 nut_angle = 90 m3_nut_depth = 0 retainer_ht = 1.4 m3_nut_flats = 0 motor_shaft = 12.1 m3_dia = 0
