i3v Lead Screw Nut Plate

Wanted to install some T8 lead screws on my i3v, but without messing with the stepper mounts. This design slots in where the original threaded rod plates went (so it's centered properly) without having to change the steppers. The nuts are a tight fit; I needed heat and a vise to force them in place. Besides the original hardware, you'll need another M3 bolt and nut each. Probably. You might get by with just the two.
