i3v Lead Screw Nut Plate

I want to install some T8 lead screws on my i3v without messing with the stepper mounts. This design fits perfectly in place of the original threaded rod plates, ensuring it stays centered properly without requiring any changes to the steppers. The nuts were a bit too tight; I had to apply heat and use a vise to force them into place. In addition to the original hardware, you'll need two M3 bolts and nuts each. You might be able to get by with just those two.
