This was designed for the Carrera Precision CP9808-TF 8-Inch Digital Caliper and the 8 inch Makerfarm i3v printer. It may not fit larger i3v printers or your calipers. A .scad file is provided for customizing it to your needs. A caliper holder clips onto the X axis v-slot extrusion, allowing you to level your print bed with the caliper's depth gauge. I was inspired by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:115671, which I used on my MakerFarm i3 before upgrading to the i3v.
