i3v Makerfarm X-Carriage: A Stock-Inspired Upgrade I made every effort to replicate the original style exactly. Update: The OpenSCAD file now includes the "center gear cutout", but I'm unsure of its accuracy, though it appears slightly larger than the stock carriage, making it likely functional. This design serves as a precursor to my Bulldog Lite X-Carriage project, aimed at achieving precise dimensions. Attached photos depict an earlier version with bottom three cutouts, ideal for using two eccentric spacer mounts. The current iteration features the top cutouts. The OpenSCAD file contains accurate measurements; screw holes are almost exact, except they've been enlarged by 0.5mm to allow easy bolt placement. Users can adjust hole diameter within the OpenSCAD file if necessary. Note that the extruder mount may protrude approximately 1mm beyond its original counterpart. Feedback is appreciated in comments below. I used a brim to print this part, and suggest 30% infill for optimal stability. This upgrade lies flat on the printer bed with the extruder pointing upwards; supports are not required
