youmagine
Printed with high-resolution PLA at .25 layer thickness and 60% infill density. The bridge presents a challenge, but if your printer is finely tuned, it should pose no significant issues. Two strategically placed nuts on the support rail ensure that the idler remains securely in place while still allowing for smooth movement during tensioning adjustments. Edit: To mitigate extreme overhangs before the big bridge, I've modified the design to an octagonal shape. y-idler...3mm - 3mm bearing hole for 623 y-idler...4mm - 4mm bearing hole for 624 Interestingly, a similar design can be found in the box_frame repository on GitHub, specifically in the Prusa3 project by Josef Prusa.
