X Axis Bearing Block with Adjustable Belt Tension System. This design is ideal for use with long bearings that require a stable and secure mounting. The system allows for easy adjustments to be made on the fly, ensuring optimal performance at all times. When printing this design, pause the printer at 5.2 mm and carefully insert eight M4 nuts into designated recesses. These nuts serve as a secure fastening mechanism, holding everything in place. To adjust tension, simply tighten or loosen the M4 nut and bolt combination. This allows for precise control over belt tension, ensuring optimal performance regardless of printing conditions. This design was printed using ABS plastic, which provided excellent durability and resistance to warping.
