Humans should not use standard LMU8 linear bearings or plastic replacements. A modified version of the original design has been created to accommodate M3 mounting bolts with counter sunk allen head. Fillets have been added to facilitate belt fitting. The bearing bores have been reduced to 15.9 mm to improve grip on igus RJZM-01-08 bearings.
