i3 MK3s Part Cooling Duct
thingiverse
I modified a part cooling duct I discovered on prusaprinters.org, reinforcing the bottom section to prevent warping issues. My experiments revealed that using carbon fiber nylon at .20 mm thickness yielded optimal results, courtesy of Matterhackers NylonX filament. You'll need to incorporate additional cooling around 2/3 of the way up to avoid any mess caused by the Pinda probe attachment, especially when employing 20% cooling levels. This design effectively enhances cooling on all sides of the nozzle. I attempted using PETG but encountered warping issues due to its proximity to the hot end block, even with a sock in place.
