This is a custom carriage designed for mounting a TITAN Aero extruder on the Anycubic i3-Mega and Mega-S. Warning: this design incorporates a 4020 blower fan and four LM8UU linear bearings, which are not the same types of parts found in the stock carriage assembly. The larger fan is paired with shorter bearings instead of two longer ones. To assemble this carriage, you'll need M3 screws, nuts, and washers. Consult the attached STP assembly file for details since there's no BOM provided. For optimal results, print the main chassis and fan duct using PETG at a minimum. Higher-thermal-capability materials are recommended but PETG works well when printing low-temperature filaments like PLA or PETG. Note that the fan duct is not an optimized design, but it functions adequately. If you have a better design, please share it with us.
