This is my custom HOTEND BOX. Printing is easy, no support needed if only Your printed can handle some roof areas. Only last part FAN5015 was printed with support. Hotend BOX and air blower isdesigned to dont need it. There is ID50/OD60mm 12V LED ring as light source. It is car ring but they are super for this project. You can find many on Aliexpress. After I make photos and videos I got idea to flip it verticaly and in my opinion its the bedst placement, dont block back screws. So there is only first version on photos. Its pretty much the same as the horizontal. 12V for LED I got from PSU. There are two conections in the center where nothing is connected so I used them. I use this for over two years. Its not untested project made yesterday. File in Fussion 360 have over 200 versions :) One problem I see is that I made all dimensions fit into my printer and my LED ring. This mean that You need to correct dimensions to Your printer and LED.
