i3 mega adapter for bed levelling knob

I'm impressed by the innovative design of MKingCharles' levelling knob on the i3 mega, featuring metal knobs that provide a secure grip. To enhance my own setup, I adapted their excellent design to fit perfectly with mine. One user recommended scaling down the original knobs, but when I attempted it, I found the numbers were too thin to print clearly.
