i3 Mega 80x25mm fan PSU cover
thingiverse
This is my revised version of Anycubic i3 Mega PSU cover that lets you install a larger (80x80x25mm fan). After printing, you'll need to cut out the bottom plate cover as shown in the images. I used a 12V 80x80x25mm PC fan with a 24-ohm resistor connected in series to slow it down and make it even quieter. It's an excellent upgrade if you want to completely silence your printer (with TMC 2208 and other fans replaced). To assemble this, I added four leg washes (2.5mm height) to lift up the printer slightly, giving more space for the fan and screw heads underneath. You'll also need eight M3 screws and eight M3 nuts to put it all together.
