2019-02-12 added gcode files from January/February 2018. Use at your own risk. 2019-06-24 added Fusion 360 and step files for easier remixing. Hopefully, I will get back to modifying this again, but for now, happy remixing. 2019-03-04 In my quest to make my printer more quiet, I came up with this idea since I liked the power supply cover by ml_blh. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2715000). I installed his cover and two new fans. Just doing that decreased the frequency of the PSU fan on time. (Also, quieter fans are more quiet.) The only trouble with the PSU cover was the base bottom cover did not fit, and I still needed to put the feet on some blocks so the cross bar would not touch the table. This base is 20 mm tall and attaches with the standard screw locations. (Hopefully, they will work well.) I printed the first section with 3mm holes and had to open them up with a drill, but since then have changed the model to 3.5mm. I recommend using 20mm long screws and don't tighten them too hard or you could run them into the screen or the PSU cover. The threaded holes for the standard feet are modeled, and I had no trouble getting the screws in for them. I did use some longer ones, but I think the stock ones should work well too. If you use similar print settings, I don't see why they shouldn't work for you. There are mounts for two 60x25 fans. I am using Noctua (NF-A6x25FLX) with the "low noise" filter to continuously pull air from the front to the back of the unit. (Only one is pictured because I needed to order another one still.) They are wired up to the extra power supply taps, and I suspect that with them running full time, the PSU fan on time will be lowered even more. The holes in the front are for a switch I found on Digikey (part number: PRK22J5DBBNN by ZF Electronics.) I use the one for my lights and haven't found a use for the other hole yet, but in the meantime, it will just let more air flow through.
