I'm looking to stabilize my Geeetech i3 on an MDF platform and this clamp and holder combo is perfect for the job. The clamp pulls the threaded rods downward, giving them a little clearance from the board in the process. The clamp holder makes it easy to get the clamping straight and tight. I opted for screws but you can also use bolts if that's your preference.
