I-Sore 2000gb (2tb) Ipod
thingiverse
Here are the files to my I-Sore iPod build, Full build is at http://www.instructables.com/id/I-Sore-2000GB-2tb-Ipod. You can check my blog at http://www.jimbone.ca to see the first builds and what I started from as well as my other projects. These files are for the first iPod that is black and white in the files, so you can make your own and the others are examples of ones I have made that still hold the same internals. This was made in Tinkercad, so I know it can be improved and hope to do more with it later. I am trying to work with the Rockbox forum to fix the firmware so that I can get the full 100 hours out of my player. Only happens if you leave it running nonstop, but off and on gives about 50 hours. I have made my cases using PETG plastic that is a bit more durable, but I think PLA can handle it as long as you don't drop it or give it a good coat of XTC-3D since that stuff is really strong. Cable file is to help hold the wiring back, but you can do it without if you are having problems. The thicker back was originally for the thicker 2TB HDD, but still need to work on it. But it helps if you need the extra space to help yourself. I will have some posted for sale on Etsy at https://www.etsy.com/shop/Jimbone if interested. Otherwise, have fun with your build and thrift stores are a great source to find a case for your next I-Sore.
