I-Slot typ5 and V-Slot 2040/2020 durable brackets and junction plates

<p>I needed new 90 degrees joints and a sturdy junction plate. So I started to remix it.</p><p>The 90 degree angles for the corner (2020 and 2040) are designed to be sturdy with PETG (no flex) and of course with other materials. I tested with PETG and ABS for my prusa mini bear frame.&nbsp;</p><p>The joint plate has now 2 more holes and gives it more stiffnes and also less chance to flex (because of the additional two screws). There are two versions, one is 3mm and the other 4mm thick.&nbsp;</p><p>All was designed for I-Slot (typ5) to be used with M4 screws. Of course it is compatible with any 2020/2040 v-Slots</p><p>Update: I use this for my prusa mini-bear frame. I will soon upload some pictures. If you need different thickness just let me know and I can upload an additional version for you. As a work around you could scale the model in the Z-direction (for the flat plates) so they are thicker to - you need there just to calculate in % how much you need.</p>
