This mod for the i_Rics printer enables use of an energy chain for the X axis stepper motors (IDEX).\r\n\r\nYou'll need a 7x7mm energy chain. Everything else won't fit!!!\r\n\r\nThe STL files contain the two end pieces for the energy chain. \r\nOne end with a pin is just a gimmick and only needed if you want to use the rest of the chain or color the ends like I did. \r\nHowever, X2 link is required to bring the end from the middle out. Otherwise, it would rub against the carriage.
