I created a 3D-printable iPhone 4S case for personal use, which is slightly challenging to put on but snugly fits. Removal can be tricky, but it functions well. You can customize the design in Solidworks by adding details and cutouts, then resave as an STL file for printing. Attached are images of my printed 3D model.
