I/O-Shield for ASRockRack X470D4U2-2T

I needed an I/O Shield for my X470D4U2-2T Board inside a CSE-815 case, but that part didn't seem to exist, so i simply designed this 3D-printed version. It's not perfect, but it works fine. A possible improvement would be some additional structural support behind the large airflow grid. As it's now it's a bit wobbly, but since that's far enough away from the connectors I didn't bother printing yet another version.
