I generated sound waves while visualizing my heartbeat as I whispered "i love you". I ran those sounds through sonic visualizer and saved them as an image, which I then edited in adobe photoshop using vibrant colors. Using shapeways software, i converted that design to a three-dimensional object for viewing in real life.
