I created the text and the heart using Tinkercad.com, carefully ensuring that all parts were securely connected together. I then printed it on my CTC 3D Printer with Dual Extruders, utilizing Makerware software to guide the process. With 1.75mm ABS material in hand, I lined a glass bed with ABS slurry for added stability. My printer settings were carefully calibrated as follows: Extruder temperature set at 230°C Bed temperature precisely controlled at 110°C Additional print options included: Rafts enabled to provide extra support Supports disabled to optimize printing efficiency Resolution fine-tuned to a precise 0.2mm Infill density adjusted to a moderate 10% The entire printing process took approximately one hour and two minutes to complete.
