I Hate Spool Rollers - Spool Hanger

I hate spool rollers.. especially ones that use bearings. They always have a tendency to over spin and let extra filament spool off and cause a tangle or swing and jerk back on the filament. That's why I originally designed my PTFE Lined Spool Holders to mount on aluminum extrusions. This lets the spools turn smoothly but only when the extruder is pulling it. Since I got the P1P, I wanted to create a similar holder but one that sits on a surface next to the printer instead of hanging on the back of the printer. Keeps extra dangling, shaking thing off the printer and having two hangers makes it easier to swap filaments. I've had multiples of the mounted versions on my other 6 printers for a few years now and they've worked flawlessly. So this design came about. It slots into the base very snug and can be screwed in from the bottom using a 5mm screw. I used the same one that's used to screw in z extrusions to the base like on an Ender 3 or any of those types of printers. If you don't have an extra screw, you can probably drill out one that's close to the size you have. OR you could also just crazy glue it. This next part is optional if you find that the rubbing is wearing out a groove on the hanger.. For the hanger surface where spools would rub against, I used a 1in Teflon coated fabric adhesive tape and just stuck it on there.
