I hate glue but what the heck

I despise glue with a passion that knows no bounds, and this thread is born from my frustration. Perhaps I simply detest it because I'm clueless about the best glues to use, or maybe I'm just doing everything wrong. Seriously, I've tried Hot glue, superglue, crazy glue, silicone, and two-component glue - whatever the experts claim are the strongest adhesives on the market, rivaling even the metal wings of an F-16 fighter jet. But no matter what, my glues only seem to stick to one thing: my fingers, the table, and my clothes. The plastic parts I'm trying to bond together stubbornly refuse to cooperate. I've attempted every trick in the book - sanding down the pieces, roughing them up, using clamps, and allowing the glue to cure. But nothing seems to work, leaving me at a loss for what to do next. That's why I'm turning to you, fellow gluing enthusiasts, and inviting anyone who shares my disdain for this sticky substance to join in on this discussion. So, how do I bond these plastic parts together - whether they're made of PLA, PLA+, PLA Pro, ABS, ABS+, CPE, PETG, Carbon, ASA, Polycarbonate, TPU, or any other material out there?
