"I Dig 3D" 6 Piece Puzzle
thingiverse
This puzzle poses an intriguing challenge. I made sure to capture only its unsolved state in my photograph, as solving it reveals a much more straightforward solution than one might initially expect. There are numerous ways to assemble the pieces, but it becomes glaringly obvious when done correctly. Don't look for subtlety; instead, focus on clarity. I generated the OpenSCAD file from scratch, although this puzzle's design was inspired by an old one I found in my drawer years ago. Unfortunately, that original puzzle lacked a creator's credit. If any information is helpful, the letters 'APEGGA' were printed on the original, but the organization behind those letters has since undergone a name change to APEGA – which falls short of the required length for this custom design. You're free to customize the text on each piece with whatever words you like, including replacing letters with words. This is a customizable puzzle, so feel free to adjust its size to suit your preferences. The 'gap' setting allows you to fine-tune how snugly the pieces fit together – ideal when they click into place without being too loose.
