I broke my cube 2!
thingiverse
This is another puzzle for dissecting cubes. It demonstrates that the volume of a pyramid equals one-third the volume of a prism with matching base and height. It also forms an interesting challenge. The cube has been divided into three identical pyramids. Attempt to put it back together. Instructions Print three of these pieces and you will have a complete cube. Each of the three fragments is a skewed pyramid that's exactly alike. Since all three are needed to make a perfect cube, you can clearly see that each pyramid occupies one-third the space of the original square base. This is not a rule unique to pyramids, it holds true for any prism or triangular based pyramid.
