I totally spaced getting a card, but ordering flowers was a great backup plan - no need to waste paper printing out extra cards! I whipped up a cute "I Love U" design in no time and hit print. It's not perfect, but it'll do the trick! The model I used has a flipped rendering, which gives it a bit of a unique look. I added some depth to the heart by recessing it slightly, and raised the letters just enough to give it some extra personality. Now, all I need to do is stick on some flowers and voila!
