Hyundai Tucson headlight dust cap/cover

<p>dust cap for the headlight of a Hyundai Tucson.</p> <p>I lost one of the dust caps while replacing a headlight so i made this design to replace it.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>There are 2 printable parts, 1 dust cap and 1 seal ring.</p> <p>I recommend to print the dust cap out of PETG due to its weather and heat resistance.<br/> I recommend to print the seal ring out of TPU (or other semi-flexibles) as it needs to be watertight and (slightly) compressible.</p> <p>In case you can't print flexible materials you can also use an O-ring for the seal ring.</p> <p><strong>Print settings (for both files):</strong></p> <ul> <li>0.4mm nozzle (other nozzle sizes should also work but the supporting walls in the design are 0.45mm thick)</li> <li>100% infill (to ensure its watertight)</li> <li>No supports (all overhangs are =&lt;45°)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Post-processing:</strong><br/> The dust cap has 3 supporting structures in the model that need to be cut after printing. (see last photo) the wall marked in red are supporting wall for printing, after the print is done use side cutters to snip away these walls (there is 1 for each floating block). They should come right of without any problems.</p>
